Formerly, Sr.Consultant , Besant Raj Consultant Ltd., he is a HR professional with more than fourteen years of experience and has successfully completed a variety of recruitment assignments. He brings with him his experience both as a HR Manager and an entrepreneur and is a key player in managing the operations of the organisation. Cream has also worked in partnership with other global and domestic consulting companies .
